Historic building conservation in Hertfordshire

An early 16th Century Grade II* Listed building and former hall house with cross wings, altered in the late 16th Century, remodelled in the 18th Century and extended in the 19th Century. We provided a pre-purchase listed building survey together with practical advice on the initial building conservation repairs. We then provided a measured survey, drawings and specification, an heritage statement and arranged listed building consent for the extensive repairs and alterations. This was followed by conservation contract advice and ongoing historic building conservation advice.
